Junior operator’s photograph Optional. JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 8 MB. If no photograph is supplied, the licence will retain its Junior Operator Photo placeholder.

Adult supervision agreement * I confirm that this is a novelty training activity and that the junior operator will only assist with inflatables under direct adult supervision. The instructions supplied with the Airfigs inflatable will always take priority.

Important: This novelty licence does not allow a child to install, power, operate or supervise an inflatable independently. Adult supervision is always required.

The photograph is used only to create the licence and is then deleted. Child names, trainer names and photographs are not added to the Airfigs marketing database.

The required email address is used to deliver the licence. It is retained for marketing only when the separate optional consent box is selected.
