Airfigs Inflatables Return Policy

At Airfigs Inflatables, we take pride in the quality of our products and aim to ensure customer satisfaction. Our return policy is designed to address concerns related to defective items.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, we offer the following return policy:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

   • Only items that are defective due to manufacturing errors or damage incurred during shipping are eligible for return.
   • Defective items must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date.

2. Return Process:

   • Contact our Customer Service team at sales@airfigs.com.au or 0493 609 121 within 7 days of receiving your order.
   • Provide your order number, a detailed description of the defect, and, if possible, include photographs or video evidence of the defect.
   • Our Customer Service team will review your request and, if the item is deemed defective, will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to return the item.

3. Shipping:

   • Once you receive the RA number, securely package the defective item and include the RA number inside the package.
   • We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective items. You will receive a prepaid shipping label to use for the return.

4. Inspection and Refund:

   • Upon receipt of the returned item, our quality control team will inspect the product to verify the defect.
   • If the defect is confirmed, we will process your refund or replacement within 10 business days.
   • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If a replacement is preferred, we will ship the new item at no additional cost.

Important Notes

• Returns for reasons other than manufacturing defects or shipping damage are not accepted.
• Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper installation are not eligible for return or replacement.
